We want you to love your personalized gift. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we offer a hassle-free full refund—no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

You can request a refund or replacement if:
✔ Your item arrived damaged.
✔ The engraving is incorrect due to our mistake.
✔ The product is not as described on our website.

Unfortunately, since personalized gifts are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase.
❌ Incorrect engraving due to customer error.
❌ Normal use and demage over time.

How to Request a Refund

1ïžâƒŁ Email us at support@engraving.si within 10 days of receiving your order.
2ïžâƒŁ Include your order number & photos showing the issue.
3ïžâƒŁ We’ll review your request and process your refund within 3 business days if eligible.

Refund Method

✅ Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
✅ If preferred, we can also offer store credit for a future purchase.
