Return Eligibility
You can request a refund or replacement if:

â The engraving is incorrect due to our mistake.
â The product is not as described on our website.
Unfortunately, since personalized gifts are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
â Change of mind after purchase.
â Incorrect engraving due to customer error.
â Normal use and demage over time.
How to Request a Refund
1ïžâŁ Email us at support@engraving.si within 10 days of receiving your order.
2ïžâŁ Include your order number & photos showing the issue.
3ïžâŁ Weâll review your request and process your refund within 3 business days if eligible.
